I have only tried one of her recipes the S’more cheesecake which didn’t turn out to good because the whipping cream wasn’t cold and didn’t thicken so we put it in the freezer but then the biscuit turned rock hard so we put it in the fridge so it could get a little softer, but it melted into slop again :(, so we put the cheesecake tin into a big tray and opened it, and then all the cheesecake, poured out so we just had to eat it like that (rock hard biscuit and chocolate slop).
